Your Acceptance of this Agreement

It governs your use of the search services offered by Yojnakar Innovation through its website www.academies.life (“Website”), telephone search, SMS, WAP, or any other medium through which Yojnakar Innovation provides the search services (collectively, “Platforms”). By accessing or using any of the Platforms, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”).

Changes

We may periodically change the Terms and the Site without notice. You are responsible for checking these Terms periodically for revisions. All amended Terms become effective upon posting to the Site, and any continued use after such posting signifies your consent to the changes.

How You May Use Our Materials

How You May Use Our Marks

The Yojnakar Innovation company names, logos, product/service names, design marks, and slogans are trademarks and service marks owned by and used under license from Yojnakar Innovation or its wholly-owned subsidiaries. All other trademarks and service marks are the property of their respective owners. All copies of Materials must retain any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices. You are not authorized to use any Yojnakar Innovation name or mark in advertising, publicity, or any other commercial manner without prior written consent. How We May Use Information You Provide to Us

Do not send us any confidential or proprietary information. Except for personally identifiable information covered under our Privacy Policy, any material you send—feedback, data, answers, questions, comments, suggestions, ideas, or otherwise—will be treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary. We assume no obligation to protect such information from disclosure and may reproduce, use, and distribute it without restriction. We may also use any ideas, concepts, know-how, or techniques contained in such information for any purpose, including developing, manufacturing, and marketing products and services.

Reviews, Ratings & Comments by Users

Since Yojnakar Innovation provides directory services through various media (SMS, WAP, e-mail, Website, App, and voice), your use of any medium to post reviews, ratings, and comments is subject to the following conditions:

• You are solely responsible for the content of any transmissions or materials you add.
• Yojnakar Innovation does not endorse any Communication as representative of its views.
• By transmitting any public Communication, you grant Yojnakar Innovation an irrevocable, non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, unrestricted, royalty-free license (with rights to sublicense) to use, reproduce, distribute, display, perform, adapt, modify, edit, and create derivative works from such Communications.
• You warrant that you have the right to grant these rights and that the content is accurate and does not violate these Terms or cause injury to any person or entity.

Yojnakar Innovation has the right (but not the obligation) to monitor, edit, modify, or delete any Communications that it deems inappropriate, offensive, or contrary to its policies or these Terms. Yojnakar Innovation reserves the right to take legal action and/or require indemnification against any claims arising from your Communications.
